YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
In short
Liia Koshelenko is an iOS Developer. This policy explains how personal information may be handled when you visit this website, contact me, or work with me on a project. I do not sell personal information.
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with me, information may include your name, email address, message, project requirements, correspondence, invoices, and details you choose to share for a project. If you grant access to a repository or other tools, that access may expose project files or account information necessary to do the agreed work.
Contact form
The website contact form currently prepares an email in your device’s email application. When you choose to send it, the message is sent through your email provider to app.team.liia@gmail.com. The form itself does not send or store the message on this website’s server. Your email provider’s own privacy practices apply.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To plan, develop, test, deliver, or support agreed work.
- To communicate about scope, scheduling, invoices, and project records.
- To maintain the security and operation of the website and services.
- To meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Hosting, analytics, and third parties
If the site is hosted by a third-party provider, that provider may process technical information such as server logs, IP addresses, browser details, or security events as part of delivering the site. This version of the site does not intentionally include an analytics tracker. If analytics, booking tools, or other third-party services are added later, this policy should be updated to describe them.
During project work, third-party tools may be used where appropriate. Their own privacy policies and terms may apply. I will aim to use project access only for the agreed work and will not sell your personal information.
Code and AI tools
If AI-enabled tools are considered for a project, the tools and the type of information shared should be assessed for that project. Please do not send passwords, secret keys, or other sensitive credentials in a contact form or ordinary email. Any specific commitments about AI tools or code handling should be agreed in writing before confidential materials are shared.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project delivery, business records, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact me to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. You can revoke project access you previously granted, although this may affect my ability to continue the work.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website or services change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
